Premuim support!

The first two ones are ok I guess in my opinion. As a startup I would not be able to afford for the the last two packages yet.

I still think a "pay per case option" would be a great addition too. It gives people flexibility to choose after their needs.

Hard to say of course which package that would be your best seller though, but I guess time will tell that :-)

Per-Case $49 > 24 hours response time

Monthly $99 > 48 hours response time

Monthly $199 > 24 hours response time

Monthly $299 > 12 hours response time

Monthly $399 > 6 hours response time
