Is there a way to run a report for a specific time period (as in last year)?
On the reporting page, you can only make reports for THIS year. I want to see/make reports for LAST year (or quarter or month).
How are we supposed to get the Year End data if on Jan. 1st it becomes a new year, and all reporting functions are gone for last years data???
I found out how to do this. Don't know how I missed it earlier. At the top left of the page on the reporting there is a drop down menu to select different years.
I knew there must be a way.
Hi Keith,
I'm having the same issue but I cant actually see the drop down menu you mentioned. Is the menu within the report section or before?
Best,
I've check the support documentation and as you said there should be a bar with the selection.

However currently there is only a filtering bar not working... I guess there is a bug. Hope they fix it soon.
Thanks,
same here. I can not pull reports from 2020. I have no way to select year. If i use filter by year no data comes up. Can we ask them to fix this?
Yes, same here, urgently needing reports from previous years, I don't see any drop downs or filters shown in the user manual.
Hi James,
Its working for me now, it comes and goes... You should select in the filter the field "Year" and then the value for the year you want.
Best of luck,
Hi All,
I don't have the dropdown menu either and I've tried the "Year" and "2020" search but the data doesn't change. This is a shame as I really like the system and want to use it, but without access to previous year data I can't do my tax return so its no use to me.
Hello,
I does not work for me. I only see the "filter" and once I enter "year" " = " and select the year I want nothing happens.
Please advise. This is a necessary function.
