Totals and Subtotals

Hi Dev Team, I am really missing totals on pages such as Payments, Revenues, Transfers, Transactions. These should respond to the filter and show a total of all displayed (filtered) transactions.

Another place, where I really miss totals is Reports. I would love to see totals per category (row).

It makes total sense. Admins - if you add this as an issue in the repo I can work on it.
