Withholding Tax - New Zealand

Hi,

In New Zealand as a contractor when you invoice a client, they pay 25% directly to the government for your tax (with hoilding tax).

So on other programs, you can add an item as a - value, call discount withholding.

Can I do this on this program? As I really like it!
