AbstractDecoder->initFromUrl NotReadableException

With version 2 install from Akaunting site (not github), I get AbstractDecoder->initFromUrl NotReadableException when trying to view bill. The url leads to .../public/img/company.png, which is accessible when copy and paste into browser. Does anyone have an idea how to fix?
