Access denied

I used the akaunting on our server about 1 hour ago, now its showing access denied

That is triggered by the firewall so you can check the xyz_firewall_logs table for the reason.

there is a change in the IP address column for the last entry, could that be the cause? and what is the possible solution? Should I delete the entry?

Feel free to empty the following tables:

xyz_firewall_ips
xyz_firewall_logs

I Tried to replicate the error, but could not. Just explain what were you doing before the error ocurred?

You could be misdirecting the url
Go to your phpmyadmin and clear these tables qsf-firewall.ips
qsf_firewall_logs do not delete the tables, just clear whatever data you see in it.
