After Installation It shows me 500 internal error

Hello, I have installed the setup it asked me database details and then login details after that a page came with 500 internal error and a message "We will work on fixing that right away." Go to Dashboard
Please sort it out thanks

Hi,

I have two .env files in the root directory - env.example and env.testing. Which one I'm supposed to modify for setting APP_DEBUG = true?
