Akaunting Auto-updates my files.

I have modified some files so that they fit my requirements. The problem I have is that Akaunting auto-updates these files, and I loose those changes.
Is any solution to this? Maybe a disble update-sync??

There is a solution, don't update! Your requests contradict with each other, get updates + not change files.
