Akaunting in Plesk Environment

Hi guy im trying to install Akaunting in hosted Plesk environment. Im unableto connect to the database. I have tried to create database with specific ids, tried changing the localhost, the database name etc. Need help in trying to install in Plesk.

I dont have any problems installing in Linux hosted servers

Are you able to install any other PHP script like WordPress, Joomla there?

yeah i have WordPress installed.

Akaunting doesnt work with PLesk at least in my case due to the database in PLesk hosted environement not meeting the requirement. PLease check your database version before even thinking of installing into PLesk

I got the same problem, initially. Nearly gave up, until I found the Softaculous Installer. My Plesk environment provides Softaculous. Akaunting is on Softaculous, too. It makes installation process run easier.
