Akaunting Installation database setup page issues

Hi,
I am trying to setup Akaunting through Cpanel. The specifications are as follows
1) MySql 5.7.33
2)PHP 7.3 (ea-php73).

Akaunting version 2.1.8 stable version

I have created the database along with username and password. I have also granted full privilege's to the database user.

I have selected the language and moved to database page.

Hostaname: localhost
username:
password:
database name:

on click on the button, it doesn't through any error.

The database password doesn't consists of special characters.

The database and username has got underscore "_".

What would be reason for this error?

I have looked at the application logs. Is the database error related to the below PHP Fatal error?

Hi Tiru.
I was just about to have a go at that myself when I realised that C-panel on my hosting provider (Krystal) comes with Akaunting pre-loaded in the 'Softaculous Apps Installer'. Might be worth checking if this is the case with your hosting provider's C-panel? Makes installation very easy if so!
