Akaunting with XAMP URL issue

I have installed XAMPP on my Windows Laptop and copied akaunting folder to htdocs folder inside XAMPP folder. I also perform all the necessary action as mentioned in this vide > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rWhtaZU95DQ&t=46s
Now, when i copied my url to Google Chrome Browser it showing "This Site Can't be reached". Well, i tried to solve this issued from last 5-7 days so, kindly help me to figure out this stupid issue. It's appreciable.
