Blank pages on previously working installation

we had a working install of akaunting on hostgators servers.
HostGator updated their php and we couldn't access akaunting due to php incompatibility. HostGator told us to upgrade our script.
we requested them to revert php so our older script continues working. once they reverted, we are getting the following errors:

I am trying to understand the errors with the help of the community to see if it would work for our organisation
are there any one time free support options? it seems the community forums are very limited. Makes us doubt about potential support if community is limited
or perhaps a cheaper support option for trials?
