Can I move the cloud version back to self hosted version

After creating cloud version and having used for some time, Can I move the whole database back to self hosted sever?

It's very important for reliability and security from user's perspective to have backup of all my data.

I just signed up to test the software, however I am very concerned that after 5 months of Zayyad saying it will take 1-2 weeks still no sign of it being released.
I need to know the app is available so that we can purchase some apps and get started.

Looks like the Backup & Restore app is now in the app store. It's still in pre-sale with a countdown timer to 24 June, but you can buy it already (50% discount currently).
