Can not install stuck at /install/settings

I've download and install on server
OS : Centos 7
WebServer : Apache
DB : MySQL
Database successfully create but when I'm on the /install/settings
I check they return error 500
with response:

"message": "Server Error"
}
Is it bug for current version of something wrong with my installation?
