Cannot create customer (error 500)

Hi,

i cannot create a new user. When i click "New customer" i get an error 500 page.
I already tried to replace all files in akaunting web root, but still doesn't work.
could anyone help me with this problem?

Or in worst case how can i backup data to create a complete new server.
