Cannot get past "Currencies" screen on new setup wizard

I'm trying to install on Centos 7.9.2009, PHP 8.0.28, SELINUX is disabled. I get all the way to the wizard after the initial login. I setup the general info under the "Company" section, move to "Currencies" with is set to USD, but when I click on Next to get to the "Ready" Section of the wizard, I just come back to "Currencies".
I did an F12 to show the errors it may be getting and I see a 403 on Method = PATCH, File = finish.

Any idea of what I'm missing?
