First of all, you're trying to install the development version, not the stable one. Here you can download the stable version https://akaunting.com/download

Had the same issue. RewriteEngine on in your apache.conf should do the trick and fix th problem.

I had the same issue and find a solution.

In my case it was the .htaccess missing (because it's hidden in most OS').

If you copying the dowloaded Version make sure you copy the .htaccess ind the root-Folder aswell.
