Can't install apps or update

Well im using 7.5 is there any bugs or?

My mistake, it's only apps that can't be installed.

There is no 7.5 version of PHP so please, ask your hosting company to make the version CLI as 7.2.5 or higher.

Not a good start. This tool is quite buggy.
I'm having troubles similar to this one. Is there a solution so far?
