Can't pass the currency choice

Hello everyone,
I'm having an issue when I want to install akauting (I have tried the cpanel installation and the installation with the tutorial) , so after the configuration when I log in the app and pass the first screen where you need to put the api and other information, I can't continue the installation because I can't pass the currency choice. I have enable the log and I have two log warning :
- Passing null to parameter #1 ($haystack) of type string is deprecated in vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Support/Str.php on line 268
- Passing null to parameter #2 ($subject) of type string is deprecated in vendor/lorisleiva/laravel-search-string/src/Options/Rule.php on line 59

Can somebody help me ?
