hi, installed 2,3 opencart, open an account in cloud of your side. wrote the url, but it did not the reason of error_ do ı have to pay anything?

no i did not, i think everything is free.so i will pay one time not for year or smth.?
can i use multistore?

It's yearly if you want updates & support, otherwise lifetime. See the FAQ in that page. There is no limit in stores.
