Cloud service and support

My 2018 Accounting was done in Akaunting Cloud in march.
Now I have to review some data and see that there is a new version.
As I see that there is now way to import bank statement for free I understand that the business model has changed.

However, my last 3 months of 2018 have disappeared....
What can I do since there is also no longer mail support?

Hello Andy,

There is definitely no change in our business model. App Store was our business model since day one. We've just added Dedicated Support which was requested by our community as they was not satisfied with the free community support:

You can use the dedicated support for Cloud as the service s itself is totally free.

Finally, there was no bank statement import feature in any version of Akaunting.

Hello,

You are right! I made a mistake!
I started with Akaunting but the lack of bank statement import made me switch to another free cloud system with many import/export and auto-reconciliation.
