Coding Wiped Out After Latest Updates

Hi, I did some changes added a field on the vendors and additional coding in the controller and view. After the updates, all my new codes are wiped out. 

Is there another way to update the versions of akaunting so that my new codes can remain?

You should not change the core files, rule #1 in all systems. Try modules
