Differences between Self-hosted & Cloud

Are there any limitations on what you can do in the free self-hosted version that you can't do in the cloud version or vice-versa?

I ask because InvoiceNinja limits templates and a few other things in the free self-hosted version

No, there is no difference. Our business model is App Store so we don't limit the core features.
