Email Protocol Setting

I have installed akaunting in aws server.

Settings - Email - Protocol - SMTP
put in Host, Port, Username, Password, Security

I try at the Login menu "I forgot my password" for my admin email. Inspect Console shows "POST .... 500 (Internal Server Error), TypeError: Cannot read property 'email' of undefined at e.value (forgot.js........)

Any advice will be appreciated.

If I subscribe to "Support" Lite, can this be a fix?
