Error 500

Hi, I get error 500, so I move index.php, .htaccess and web.config into public folder. 

It gives me installation now, but styling is messed up.

Why .htaccess by default in is outside public folder ?

Hi Girts,

We've put it outside because that's how it's used to be in all end-user applications such as Joomla, WordPress etc.
