Error 500 on trying to update to 2.0.2

Hello,
I tried several times today to upgrade to 2.0.2 but I have a red alert "Status: 500 Internal Server Error X-Powered-By: PHP/5.4 Content-type: text/html ".

How can I do?

Just to be clear: when I click on the upgrade button, it comes back to the same page with a red alert with this message, then the alert disappear.

It doesn't solved the issue, from terminal I have this error:
Not able to update core from terminal

What if I do a fresh install of 2.0.3 but connecting to the db I use actually?
