Error on first run

Any ideas about what is missing here? I followed these instructions...

Steps

Download the Akaunting package.

Unzip the downloaded package.

Upload all the files to your server.

Launch the Installer

Open the link: http://your-domain/akaunting-directory in your browser. It will start the installation wizard.

navigated to that page and got....

Any ideas about what is missing here?  I followed these instructions...

Peter, can you please confirm that you've downloaded Akaunting from our site (not GitHub etc):

Hi Dennis, I appreciate the support. YES, definitley from the web site. Some background may help. I had installed the plug in and activated it. This broke my checkout page too by the way, which now works when I de-activated the plug in... taken me 4 days to get that worked out.

Also, my WP install is in a subfolder... my usual habit.

www.dontpanic.net.au/DONTPANICWEB/akaunting_installed_here...

does that make a difference and should I remove the files, grab a new download and try it agin... with the WP plugin deactivated?
