Error on Step 3 of Installation

Hello, I am trying to install Akaunting on our NAS, as our webserver.

I am able to get throught Step 1 and 2, however, I am stuck at the 3rd step.

Checking the console, it shows 500 error, company_name is also undefined even if I typed already.

I also tried generating my own .env file. A console shows on the page and I get the "db_akaunting.companies does not exist" error on the query.

Any help would be much appreciated.
