Error with WindowsPipes

I have run into a problem with installing. My host is using a Windows Server and Plesk.

I had an error 500 to start with, and the logs indicated that there was an error writing into the storage folder, so I modified the permissions in include Write.

This allowed the script to go further. It now comes up with Akauntings version of the Oops something went wrong error 500 page. The logs now say that there is a "PHP Fatal Error: Maximum execution time of 60 seconds exceeded in "website"\vendor\symfony\process\Pipes\WindowsPipes.php on line 142." This error appears repeatedly for several minutes after the page call was made.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction please?

You should ask your hosting company to increase the maximum execution time.
