Facing error after installation or after making account in your website

hey,
i have install this script in my cpanel and also registered your web page for checking, is its error occurs in my cpanel only, but its seems it can occur in your webpages and my cpanel.
Whoops, looks like something went wrong.
this can occurs AFTER LOGIN.
