There are no errors in the Apache/PHP error log.
I am installing this onto:
Ubuntu 19.10
PHP 7.3.11
And using Firefox 75.0
I can't seem to get around this. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!
I think I might be having the same issue. I click the button at the bottom of the database info screen and it starts spinning and never stops.
I am installing onto:
Windows Server 2019
PHP 7.4.5
Edge (Chromium version)
I increased my script timeout to 240 seconds and my activity timeout to 120 seconds and the process worked.
I was actually able to get pass the second page #2 Database. My problem is when I submit page #3. Thanks for the info it may be of help for others!
I was finally able to overcome the problem. Here are the steps I used:
1. Deleted all of the tables out of my Akounting database (I had to do this since I had a partial install already implemented) and DELETED all of the Akounting folders from website.
2. Extracted VERSION 1.3.17 on website. Added/verified appropriate folder and file permissions were set correctly.
3. I then installed VERSION 1.3.17. Installation was successful!
4. After logging in, I immediately applied the update to 1.3.8(?) from the dashboard. Update was successful.
5. Next I applied the update to 2.0.6 from the dashboard. Update was successful!
6. Applied update to 2.0.9 from dashboard. Update was successful!
7. Finally, applied update to 2.0.10 and it was successful!
