Fresh install of 2.1.25 crashes after Taxes config page

Hi,

Version: 2.1.25
PHP: 8.0.10
Web Server: nginx

I keep getting an error when trying to complete the initial company setup wizard. I have tried this several times and in both standard and incognito modes using different browsers.
When clicking on next on the Taxes page (with or without adding any new tax items) it briefly flashes the finish page and then goes back to the Taxes page with an error notification.

I have enabled debug mode in Laravel but nothing is being written to the log either and I am stuck at this page.

Can anybody perhaps advise how best to troubleshoot or have you experienced something similar?

I notice you have APP_DEBUG=true on.

What does that tell you??

Try to restart web server.

After a lot of troubleshooting and testing I fixed the issue. I had to make slight changes to the nginx site config file to accommodate for the configured environment but everything is running 100% now.
