General error: 1005 Can't create table

Hi, im trying to setup the akaunting app installed on my qnap nas, but im stuck on step 2 with the error "General error: 1005 Can't create table ... ", can anyone help with this ?

the error message is this :
SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1005 Can't create table 'akauntingtest.#sql-24a7_9e' (errno: 121) (SQL: alter table `jy4_media` add constraint `original_media_id` foreign key (`original_media_id`) references `jy4_media` (`id`) on delete set null)
