How to access first time setup? I see only the login page

Hi all,

After I deleted Akaunting from my cPanel hosting and it's database, I cleared my browser cash and tried to install Akaunting again, but I see only the login page https://www.mydomain.com/auth/login I tried many time to delete Akaunting and installing it again but could't fix the problem, any idea please?
