HTTP ERROR 500

Hello, I was using it before, there was no problem, but I saw that the update was coming, when I said update, nothing was happening.

I'm using cpanel, I removed and reinstalled the domain from cpanel, but it still gives the same error.

That's why I wanted to remove it and dry it from scratch, but I'm getting 500 errors, I wonder why when I look at the error log file, it gives the error I gave below, why does it give this?
