I am not sure what happened

I am not sure what happened but the entire installation of Akaunting was gone meaning deleted. My database though has all the data but the data is not being picked up after fresh install where I am using the same database and the same user profile. Please help if you can

Rahib in order to help you there's a bit more information needed.
You installed akaunting on your host, correct? can you check the /akaunting directory on your host which files it shows.
Open your .env file. Don't copy/paste it here, but what database name does it give you.
Which prefix does it give you

Now check your mysql database.
Same database name? Same prefix?

Hi Underdog,  thank you for the reply, iam hosting it in my site and I have checked the env file and it shows the same database name and prefix. My mysql database had all the data but it is not showing in the akaunting web. How can I make the data show on the web

Rahib it will take a lot of steps to solve this.
If you want to solve it on your site (online) then turn on debugging. The whole world can then see the errors if you generate them.
If you want to solve it locally get the site that you have online, to your development environment locally.
Now turn on debugging in your .env file and set the environment to 'local' instead of production.
Then make the site work again and then deploy it to your server (online)
