Installation

Hi , there 

 I can't  pass step 3 , it says 'You don't have permission to access /install/settings on this server.' I 've checked file permissions and set them to 755 (I am installing to Centos7)

Hi Onur,

Who is the owner of that directory? If it's root, then your web server doesn't have write access.

On Debian the webserver runs as www-data, on CentOS I think it's httpd.
