Installation Database Connection Error

Hi,

I'm trying to setup on my own server.
I am sure that all the php modules are installed and operational.

In Step 2 of the Setup I get the error message:

"Error: Could not connect to the database! Please, make sure the details are correct."
I am sure that my details are correct:
"localhost", user, password, db_name

I can connect to mysql with the user and password and view the empty created database in UTF-8 as directed.

All i can find is in the web-dev tools for chrome I see this as well: |
"database:217 Uncaught ReferenceError: Livewire is not defined at database:217:27"

Any assistance is appreciated.
