installation error

I'm trying to install and run by localhost
and I came across this error.
akaunting/server.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/Cellar/[email protected]/7.3.19/share/[email protected]/pear') in Unknown on line 0
do you happen to know what may have caused this error?
