Installation Error on step 3/3 - PLEASE HELP!

Hello Akaunting community,

 

I'm so close to correctly installing Akaunting on my server and need some advice please.

 

I'm getting this error after inputing my info during step 2/2. Can you advise what it is telling me / representing? To be sure I did the process correctly: I deleted all Akaunting files on my server, re-extracted the .zip file, and input the correct login and server info for steps 1 and 2. But the same message was presented as below:

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1022 Can't write; duplicate key in table '#sql-123ae_578c7' (SQL: alter table `c2s_user_roles` add constraint `user_roles_role_id_foreign` foreign key (`role_id`) references `c2s_roles` (`id`) on delete cascade on update cascade)

Remove all tables from that database using phpMyAdmin. Then try again.
