Installation Problem

Hello, I've extracted and uploaded the installation files to my server but when I open the address for installation on my browser, it displays an error message that '' FileInfo extension needs to be installed and loaded''

Hello,

You should ask your hosting company to install the FileInfo extension.

Same Problem with me , I tried install in my server but not success . :(

When in start installation http://jaiksingh.com/Akaunting_2.0.13-Stable/install/requirements it
giving me

Oops! Something went wrong
500 Internal Server Error
We will work on fixing that right away.

What should i do here ?

if you have cPanel try to find PHP Extensions and put checkmarks for needed ones

Also, to better understand what kind of issue you have, you can enable debug mode (just open root folder and find file called ".env" if you don't have it or have ".env.testing". Open ".env" file and change APP_DEBUG=false to APP_DEBUG=true
