installation wizard got stuck on currency - solved

The installation wizard got stock on currency, I could not get past it, I restarted the browser and it still was stuck on currency.

I pressed F12 to see what the server responded, It responded "403 forbidden".

The HTTP 403 Forbidden response status code indicates that the server understands the request but refuses to authorize it.
This status is similar to 401, but for the 403 Forbidden status code, re-authenticating makes no difference. The access is tied to the application logic, such as insufficient rights to a resource.

That means that some part of the akauting was incorrect, so I checked what previleges the files had and I altered it to 744. That solved the problem.
