I have verified that the PHP CLI version is 7.3.20 and the PHP_BINARY is correct. When I try running the php artisan module:install receivables-payables 1 en-GB from the console itself, I get the error:
Could not open input file: artisan

Okay, getting closer.
I realized that I was in the incorrect folder when I ran the above command. So I ran it from the root of akounting. It did indicate that the app Receivables and Payables is installed (after I downloaded it via the gui). However, I do not see any of the widgets from the app.
So, I tried doing this with the Sales Metrics Free app. It did install using the command line (again after I downloaded via the gui).
So, what is causing the Receivables app to not work? And why do I have to run the install from the terminal.... Thoughts?
I am running into the exact same problem. I can't install free versions, I bought an app (square, if that matters) and I can't install that either. I tried the path settings but am running php 7.3
Hi Craig I confirmed myself when SSH'd into the server that I am running 7.3.20 CLI. I escalated my issue to tier 3 support with my hosting company--they verified that the server setup is proper.
I got Sales Metrics and Receivables & Payables to work after more troubleshooting (I ended up running php artisan module:install receivables-payables 0 en-GB from the CLI which finally flagged that app as properly installed (it was php artisan module:install receivables-payables 1 en-GB).
Today I purchased Print (Invoice) Template and it is installed, but not functioning properly (no drag and drop features). I opened a ticket for that this morning, waiting to hear back on that.
So, I also installed everything fresh--same issues. The only thing I have not done yet is a fresh install running PHP 7.2.x--which I don't think will fix it.
