Issues on just connecting old database to Fresh install

Hi. Is there any problem if i just connect my (A) outdated installation's database to the (B) fresh and updated installation?

(A) - Version 2.1.8
(B) - Version 2.1.19 (current) as of Jul 8, 2021

In between 2.1.8 and 2.1.19 database tables were changed.

And
xxx.mediables
Tables were updated in I believe 2.1.12 or 2.1.13.

Hello. Yup i worried about its compatibility. What if i will update the database using artisan update:db? I’m not sure about this, but i already tried all necessary action to update the core but it’s always failed. I think Connecting my old database to updated and fresh install is my last resort.
