New To Akaunting

Dear Community:

I have not been able to get the self hosted DB to allow me to sign in and use my PW. In fact, since installed the package on the public_html root directory of my website it has completely caused many problems.

I need help and I am new to this and Akaunting is not answering my emails. I tried a trial version of the cloud service but, I think its confused now that I have opted to go with the self hosted version could anyone please help me?
