No Menu Post V3 Upgrade

Since Updating to V3 today I can only access the dashboard after logging in as the menu fails to load. I have checked all other blocks that may be in place and currently still facing an issue of a "stuck" loading menu bar

Seems to be an issue where a "Loading" menu cover is not being removed once the page has loaded, deleting the DIV from console viewer the page loads just fine.

Anyone else having a similar issue?

Upon Further Investigation there seems to be some compatibility issues with Cloudflare Rocket-Loader Disabling this for my Subdomain that hosts Akaunting allows the JS to remove the 'Hidden' attribute & the Loading DIV to function as expected.
