Not able to create new user account

I am using cloud version of Akaunting and trying to create a new account but it refreshes the page and doesn't update anything.

 

Also when I try to change the email of existing account, It doesn't work either.

We Updated Akaunting with version 1.3.0 please check this problem and do you have still the same problem please reported us.
