Not found Offline-payments module after update to v2.0.11

I upgrade my app from 1.13 to 2.0.11 by impossible to set offline payments , i did not find it to my settings :

Did you get any error during the update? Have you checked the error files under the storage/logs directory?

I had this error when upgrading :
production.ERROR: Command "php" is not defined. {"exception":"[object] (Symfony\\Component\\Console\\Exception\\CommandNotFoundException(code: 0): Command \"php\" is not defined. at ../vendor/symfony/console/Application.php:644)
[stacktrace]

I fixed manually the issues but not able to install modules
