Overdue Invoice reminders

I had issued some invoices with due date 31 Jan 22. A reminder was sent on 1 Feb 22. I don't want the app to send anymore reminders so I have gone to settings and selected to not send reminders and also have changed due date on invoices to 30 Sep22. However the app is still sending reminders. How do I stop this ?
