Portainer Docker Install

I was able to get this to work via the normal docker-compose method. I was wanting to stat this in Portainer to allow for easier management, however, when I try to deploy the compose file in Portainer it gives the following error:

Deployment Error: Couldn't find env file: /data/compose/141/env/run.env

I have tried to give the direct location for the env file in the compose file, but it tells me that the location is either does not exist, is not valid, or is not accessible.

I have also tried changing the ownership and permissions as well as the build directory.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
